At Bevlora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned after 30 days, will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ShopBevlora@gmail.com with:
- Your order number , The reason for your return , and A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
We will respond within 24–48 business hours with the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ShopBevlora@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us at ShopBevlora@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank first as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us at ShopBevlora@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to cancel it. If your order cannot be cancelled, you are welcome to return it once received under our returns policy above.
